Q) I am an employee of my own business and have had unemployment taxes taken out of all my paychecks.
I am being forced to close the business because my partner is physically unable to work and i cannot do it by myself. I have, however payed unemployment taxes for the 30 years we were in business.Will I now be able to collect?
